伊辛（英語：Isin）美索不达米亚古城，约公元前2017年于此建独立王朝。[1]其第五个统治者利波特—伊什塔（约公元前1934年—约公元前1924年在位）颁布以苏美尔文書寫的里辟伊士他法典，比汉穆拉比法典还早一个多世纪，因而闻名。[2]伊辛约于公元前1730年丧失独立。[3]约公元前1156年—约公元前1025年间，它的第二王朝复兴，曾统治今伊拉克南部的巴比伦尼亚。[4]
