圣西门伯爵克洛德-亨利·德·鲁弗鲁瓦（法语：Claude Henri de Rouvroy, Comte de Saint-Simon，常簡稱為亨利·德·圣西门，1760年10月17日—1825年5月19日）是法国商人、哲学家、经济学家、空想社会主义者，代表作有《一个日内瓦居民给当代人的信》《实业家问答》《新基督教》等。
圣西门出身贵族，曾参加法国大革命，还参加过美國獨立戰爭約克鎮戰役。他抨击资本主义社会，致力于设计一种新的社会制度，并为此花掉了他的全部家产。在他所设想的社会中，人人劳动，没有不劳而获，没有剥削、没有压迫，恩格斯评价他“察觉到了后来社会主义者几乎所有思想的萌芽。”[9]:1
